The Pharmacy Burger Parlor and Beer Garden

Atmosphere: Extremely Great, very cute and somewhat old-timey and natural, with white
                         lights streaming the trees in the beer garden, it gave the outside a cozy,
                         romantic, summery feel.

Amenities: Indoor and Outdoor seating (patio, as well as, picnic benches on the hillside)

                                               after we placed out order! -- Very fast!

Appetite:

Skinny Girl: Mission Burger {$8} – Guacamole, pico de gallo, slow-cooked black beans, horchata crema fresca.

 I did not know what horchata crema fresca was, so I got that on the side. When my food arrived, I tried the horchata crema fresca, it was the texture of sour cream but tasted like something you would put on a bagel. The crema was sweet, and had a hint of vanilla and cinnamon. I decided not to put the crema on my burger, because of the sweetness. The burger overall was delicious! The beef is 100% TN Beef. The burger was the perfect size. The Patty was not super thick and no where near thin. The buns tasted so fresh and soft, as if they had a bread shop in the kitchen rolling the buns out for every order. The Pico and guacamole gave the burger a festive kick. The burger did not come with cheese, but the beans took care of that problem, beans gave a warm creamy  flavor to the burger.

Dad: The Cheese Burger {7.5} – Yellow Cheddar, Swiss, and Muenster cheeses, melted with tomato & garlic aioli.

The Cheese Burger was my favorite of the 3 burgers I tried. The thick layer of cheese made the burger creamy and juicy, and surprisingly with the amount of cheese on the burger, it did not taste over powering.

Sister: Pharmacy Burger {7} – Yellow Cheddar, iceberg lettuce, sliced tomato, onion, pickle, yellow mustard.

This burger was my least favorite of the 3, it was somewhat plain and did not pack any mind blowing flavors (which is what I look for in food). Although it was my least favorite, it was still a delicious burger, the patty and the buns here are delightful. This is a burger for the "classic burger" lover.

We all three received a side of hand-cut fries. The fries were delicious, they were dark and crisp and fresh!

I will definitely be visiting this Pharmacy again, although next time it will not be during my lunch break, so I can indulge myself in the frothy brews on tap and enjoy the outside atmosphere under the streaming white lights. Upon my next visit, I will enjoy the mouthwatering Farm Burger
